It’s cringe. It was said by a guy with a weird stare, that was introduced into politics by our pro-Russian president. He screamed this during a meeting, and we had the same protests we had a while back, and again it destabilised the country right before the introduction of the euro, just as our pro-Russian president intended.

It’s a slogan from the anti-government protests a few weeks ago. Translated it means “It won’t happen that way”, referring to a scandalous way that the Bulgarian budget for 2026 was going to be accepted. You can probably google more info about the protests if you’re interested.
