I’d thought it was all about who makes them the most money. When EU/USA was happy to turn a blind eye to qoci corruption they were happy to be EU oriented. Now it’s so much more profitable to deal with Arabic countries, China, and Russia. But still it’s very hard to understand why they’ve allowed sooooo much immigration from countries which are fundamentally not compatible with Georgian culture
