      For those calling for banning Grok, what about other things that can also generate CSAM? Photoshop? Paper and pencil in the hands of an artist? That sort of thing.

      What are they thinking? It’s one thing having users that are not paying you anything to misuse your tools and generate bad things… but switching it so that those users now HAVE to pay? Given that there must now be an exchange of medium in order to do this, isn’t this the same as selling CSAM?

      Until you ban it, all this talk means nothing. You de facto support deepfake child nudity.

      Saying it’s “unacceptable” and “we’re looking into it” and “we’re concerned” and “we might fine you” (this goes to the EU too, not just the UK) means NOTHING.

      The world where we solve our issues around a table discussing laws and treaties is dead.

      If you’re serious that this is not acceptable, ban X, santion Musk, enforce punishments.

      How much longer is needed to accept that the whole system Europe was used to operate within, is dead and everyone else is mocking it?

      Let no one be under any illusions…the law is made for the common citizen and not for these multimillionaires, while they can laugh at the laws and feed their businesses with data for which they don’t pay a cent, the baker in your neighborhood gets 5 letters for downloading Casablanca on torrent…the same thing is going to happen here.
