The question is, why did you allow it to happen, by keeping that bottle for months?
surely it is not bimber
Probably you have used condenser without declouding chamber and/or temp delta was way to high.
Run it again.
It’s called fuzel. You can Google how to get rid of it.
It can be hard water mineral. It can happen if you dilute bimber with mineralized water.
