Tra il 2015 e il 2025 i prezzi delle case sono più che triplicati in Ungheria (+275%) e sono più che raddoppiati in 11 paesi, con gli aumenti maggiori osservati in Portogallo (+169%), Lituania (+162%) e Bulgaria (+156%). La Finlandia è stato l’unico paese in cui i prezzi delle case sono diminuiti durante questo periodo (-2%).
