Not that it’d justify anything but the article seems to insinuate that the victim made a bullying remark about the defendant, but did they? Am I reading too much into it? It says wholly unprovoked but that sounds like as in the legal terms, colloquially it’s considered a provocation to insult someone’s medical condition.
No need to mention that the victim was drunk and broke. An unprovoked attack can happen to anyone’s jaw.
Yet they say that weed is the more dangerous substance and needs to be banned…
If alcohol was invented today, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was classified as a Class A substance.
I abhor alcohol. Working in toxicology has rendered me jaded and intolerant of the absolute halfwits who imbibe copious amounts of alcohol then behave gratuitously violent.
Too many people are too stupid to imbibe responsibly. Don’t even get me started on drink drivers.
