      So he has been held in Gauntanamo, where he was tortured, for two decades without being convicted, despite the fact even the Americans admit he wasn’t even in Al-Qaeda?

      I’m not sure if there is any amount of money ‘substantial’ enough to make up for being tortured by the CIA for 20 years.
