FRANCE’S interior ministry has confirmed a “territorial ban” on 10 British far-right agitators who travelled to the country.

Government official announced on Tuesday that action was taken after reports that members of the group Raise the Colours had conducted anti-migrant activities “on French soil”.

The 10 who have been banned have not been named and neither has the actions which led to the ban.

Raise the Colours has been linked to Tommy Robison and the hoisting of Union Jack flags across the UK.

Members have previously travelled to France and livestreamed footage of themselves harassing asylum seekers who are hoping to cross the Channel.

The director of campaigns at Hope Not Hate, Georgie Laming, welcomed the news, stating: “The Raise the Colours team have been harassing both migrants and charity workers in northern France for months.

Its left off the title but they were banned because they kept sabotaging the boats of migrants who wanted to cross over.

Why are all the news I read about france’s political decisions so based? How do I get Germany to be half as good as France?

Jesus the British far-right is the tamest of all far-rights and certainly in comparison to the French far-right. These 10 individuals must’ve been *really* awful for *France* to ban them.

Based, many of those are freelance/paid russian influencers working actively to undermine Europe as a whole. Hope other countries follow suit ASAP.

A few years back british activists were helping asylum seekers against the authorities.

Which sounds awfully inefficient. They should fight among themselves to pick a winner first.

Look at fascisms rise in the past. It went to shit when the bans ended. You cannot allow lies, deception, and hate propaganda into government. At one point in time hitler was a banned politician and had to earn his money giving shitty speeches to mostly empty beer halls and sell crappy paintings. Then to “be fair” the ban was lifted

As they should. I can think of far more than 10 far right agitators on Twitter (x) alone.

The director of campaigns at Hope Not Hate, Georgie Laming, welcomed the news, stating: “The Raise the Colours team have been harassing both migrants and charity workers in northern France for months.

“With a recent recruitment drive intended to bring more people from the UK to France, there couldn’t be a more apt time to stop this harassment campaign from escalating even further.

“Hope Not Hate have been monitoring and reporting on the movements of Raise the Colours throughout 2025 and we are pleased to see our work pay off.”

A Raise the Colours spokesperson said: “Raise the Colours is aware of public statements made today by the French interior ministry referring to administrative measures relating to certain individuals identified as members of Raise the Colours.

“At the time of issuing this statement, no formal notification has been received by Raise the Colours regarding any administrative measures. We understand that the statements refer to administrative decisions concerning specific individuals, rather than the organisation as a whole.”

They added: “Raise the Colours has always maintained that its activities must remain peaceful and within the law. The organisation does not support violence or any unlawful activity. Our approach is founded on responsibility, restraint and compliance with legal frameworks.

“This commitment is reflected in the structured recruitment and screening process we have put in place, designed to ensure discipline, appropriate conduct and adherence to the law by anyone associated with Raise the Colours.”
