They come from marginalised group of right wing lunatics called „Solidarność walcząca” which is splinter group from Solidarność after it was outlawed. They were trying to do terrorist campaigns against polish state but they couldn’t really find ways to get their hands on explosives or arms. Mostly they just were making samizmat journals and books.
Stamps like this just ways of fund raising of different organisations that were not official.
