    Russia prices are more expensive than Chinese domestic power rates so it is unprofitable to import. Russia is also facing its own energy shortages in its far east region, which has left very little surplus electricity available to sell abroad.

    So the electricity flow has effectively been paused until both sides can agree on new terms.

    I’m curious how much % of this electricity is produced using oil, on both sides. Because oil prices are going lowest atm, so it could means a price change… For buyers…
