Di recente mia sorella ha visitato la Grecia e ha portato questo miele in regalo (oltre ad alcune deliziose tapenade). Non sappiamo di che varietà si tratta e Google Translate dice che non riesce a rilevare la lingua. Cosa c’è scritto sotto la barca? Qualsiasi aiuto sarebbe molto apprezzato.

The writing is thyme, it’s the variety of plants that bees harvested upon that creates this flavour, so you’ll feel a pinch of bitterness.
This is some good Thyme honey right there. Collected from thyme plants in Milos island. The fact that they wrote the details with a pen just shows how pure it is as it came from a local producer.
