Because he cant Control Putin , who tells him and others lies and he falls for it so easily . And he is the weakest POTUS in the last 100 years minimum or even in history. And he lacks the will , because of his ties to ruzzian oligarch/ Putin in his past.

I can’t believe that people in there government haven’t or aren’t taking steps to oust him because he’s a loose cannon waiting to go off big time with Greenland 🇬🇱
