La nuova normativa russa stabilisce che i bambini ucraini sotto i 14 anni non possono più lasciare i territori occupati utilizzando il certificato di nascita. Per attraversare il confine, gli occupanti ora richiedono un passaporto straniero russo, anche per viaggiare verso paesi che in precedenza mantenevano regimi senza visto.

It’s infuriating to think about but the majority of those Ukrainian kids are as good as gone.
