Correct. They’re called “Varebiler” and comes with restrictions such as that you can’t remove the bulkhead between load compartment and driver compartment etc.

It just shows that its taxed as a van (lower than 5seater), no restrictions on who can own or operate.
I think its at 10years old you can convert it to regular plated with rear seats without paying tax.
