With licence class B – yes as long as the max allowed weight is not more than 3500 kg.
No need for special license or qualifications. Its the car that is limited to one row of seats that gives it the green license plate.
Bigger lorry/trucks require special license to operate.

Correct. They’re called “Varebiler” and comes with restrictions such as that you can’t remove the bulkhead between load compartment and driver compartment etc.
It just shows that its taxed as a van (lower than 5seater), no restrictions on who can own or operate.
I think its at 10years old you can convert it to regular plated with rear seats without paying tax.
