      Yes, US is not changing. What it’s changing is the fact that now they exhausted all the the third country resources. That Europeans backed up for a long time, they knew what the us was doing with South American countries, Iran, Iraq, Libya. But now that it’s threatening them, for the same reasons they are saying the US has changed.
      Maybe you shouldn’t have looked away when the US was invading the south

      To be honest, Stubb’s remarks don’t make it clear exactly how Finland’s policy will change. The only thing that comes to mind is switching from American weapons to exclusively European contracts.
