      Fair play to Murphy on this, the Government are happy to sit on their hands as usual and wait for it all to blow over or for someone else in the EU to step up (France look like they are taking this issue as seriously as it should be taken).

      whenever martin is challenged on something for which he has no proper response, he will *always* go on the attack, play the high horse, clutch his pearls. notice how he had nothing to say for himself except “how very dare you”. no case to make, no argument to put forward, no reasoned defence of his position. all he can do is yell and sneer. the man is a sad little vitriolic tyrant and someone with such a hair-trigger temper so bereft of self-awareness should be absolutely nowhere near a position of power. 

      TLDR Martin is a narcissistic cunt who is dangerous to irish society

      He’s an elected rep holding the government to account – I don’t think there’s any confusion about who he thinks he is.

      My question would be who does he think he is talking down to deputy like that? It’s not very parliamentary tbh.

      I know there’s a lot of people online who just don’t like him – you see the odd pile on, but I think the quality of debate in that chamber is really taking a nosedive in recent years. Those kinds of ratty responses achieve nothing.

      I am Pro-X but as soon as they started producing CSAM the state should have blocked it on all ISPs and arrested top 5 X staff here until resolved!

      It’s actually very revealing of the respectability politics / adults in the room facade that FFG portrays.

      Murphy is being the representative of decency here and Martin is too tetchy and high on his own self importance see it.

      I’m not excusing X but it’s like someone selling single cigarettes on the Street versus someone selling heroin to kids.  Both are wrong but heroin is worse and the government are chasing X?

      Personally, I think about 40% of the world hate musk. They don’t know why, they just know they hate him.  I don’t particularly like him but have to respect his achievements. Read his biography.

      Paul Murphy, maybe go after the AI porn sites first not the bikini generator.
