      This would never get off the ground with a Reform government. They would’ve followed Trump’s lead and blacklisted the word ‘pride’ from all government documents, lest a parade be allowed.

      Honestly this feels like one of the more important things that needs to be addressed. So many towns in the UK are just pure misery in how they look and feel. Now add a over decade of degradation and it’s no wonder so many people are miserable.

      I read through the brief on the gov.uk website and it all sounds really positive. It seems that a lot of politicians and maybe the public don’t realise how important the public realm is to people’s happiness.
