Work just sent an email saying that all staff in the Dublin office could leave early to avoid any transportation issues… Seems they’re about 6 hours – 1 day too late with that one.

Employer sent us home early to avoid expected traffic disruption.The dart line flooding amongst other things influenced that decision.
So thanks to all those objectors to sea wall defence you banked me a half day !

The Rosslare train has been a straight disaster. They had a bus transfer from Connolly to Bray because there was supposed to be a train witing there. Waited in Bray for an hour and half to find out there was a landslide on the tracks near Greystones so we are on another bus transfer to Wicklow now.
