The Gas salesman Orban has de facto banned wind turbines. Hungary has 300 Megawatt wind turbine capacity installed. Austria has 4 Gigawatt wind turbine capacity, most of this in the eastern parts of the country. The Pannonian Plain could be filled with wind turbines and cover the domestic electricity demand.
