hard to argue with that level of sacrifice whatever people think about politics or about trump or anyone else in power moments like this aren’t about politicians at all they’re about courage loyalty and someone choosing to protect another person at the cost of everything rest easy
I didn’t anticipate becoming teary-eyed reading this, and then the final paragraph “In an even more meaningful tribute, the Polish soldier Ollis saved, Lt. Karol Cierpica, would name his son Michael in honor of the fallen soldier.”
