Acting ain’t gonna help here. War and politics may have a lot in common, but only one is like a circus. Acting is probably a bad word here.

In 2025 size of EU economy was basically equal to US… and bigger than China. So stop pretending that we are not World Power! We are and have been for a while now.

But it’s not a world power, it is many small countries. It could only become a world power by subordinating the little countries to one of the bigger ones – France for example?

This has been France’s fantasy for generations, to become important again by being at the head of Europe. And this is exactly why the British didn’t trust the EU and wanted to leave – it was short-sighted, but not entirely unreasonable.

Europe already is, it just likes to block each other and argue amongst itself too much to act as one unified block. Just make statements constantly, then behind closed doors do the opposite.
