Testify to whom about what? Noise aside, nobody has been charged with anything. Any sane solicitor would advise Andrew not to say a damn thing until the police ask.
He’s so arrogant (just look at his awful interview) that he won’t listen to his brother. Plus, it won’t mean anything to the criminal investigation in America and that’s if he’s even honest. Which I doubt…. Although Charles may and probably should ask him to, so it looks like he’s trying to make his brother accountable at the least.

Yes, if by “encourage” you mean “compel” and by “testify” you mean “confess”.
More and more I think we should be holding our own investigation into this. Given the new reports that Mandelson leaked sensitive state information to Epstein I feel there is justification for it.
It seems clear that MI6 had some inkling of what was going on. Certainly the Crown estate had some inkling of what was going on. If we can have our own formal inquiry where participants are legally obliged to tell the truth and there is some ability to dig into the details on our end, that would be a great way to see what was going on without MAGA being able to control and manipulate the narrative.
His legal point will to keep quite so he doesn’t drop himself in it so no I doubt it will happen.
I’m reasonably sure that a majority of people think the king should encourage Andrew to take a short walk of Beachy Head along with his airhead of an ex-wife.
when majority of people will think this people belongs to jail it will be a thing.
We think he should put him in the tower, and then resign for covering it up and abolish the monarchy…. But yeah that’s a start.
