Yeah, Capita saw an opportunity to buy a bunch of pension schemes, pension software, smash them together, gut them by offshoring and then look surprised when it goes horribly wrong.
No surprises really. The government should blacklist these and other “consultancies”.

*Commercially sensitive* my arse. Of course if they are contractual penalties, they can claim that, but the levels of those penalties should be in the published procurement documents.
