Ciao, vengo dalla Svizzera e ho preso i brownies di San Valentino della marca “JR. BROWNIE”. Ho guardato la confezione e ho visto che negli ingredienti sono presenti ferro e acido folico extra e che sono menzionati extra sull’etichetta delle informazioni nutrizionali.

    Ora mi chiedo se è presente su ogni alimento o se è solo di questa marca. Non sono mai stato in Spagna e mi chiedo molto. 🙂

      First time I’ve seen that in food items that are not supplements.

      Edit: where did you buy that product? Because I just looked up an item of that brand in the website of Día and the nutritional information does not include iron nor folic acid levels

    2. Usually cereal have Iron and acid folic included. You can check Corn Flakes from Kellogg’s, just as an example. In Spain it does have those elements, you can check on the Swiss product if it’s included in the ingredients

      It’s typical for some foods to be “enriched” with B12, iron, folic acid, etc, like breakfast cereals, some treats or cookies for children… But it’s not common for standard food.
