Oh, how I remember constantly telling people about Iran’s dangerously large influence in Armenia and people would just scoff at me… some thought I was motivated by some odd historical sebtiment (aka Sassanids, like what?!) when in reality I have consistently warned against being unprotected in the face of that “ideology” exported to Armenia in myriad ways. This is what happens when people refuse to see what has been the real danger to Armenia’s sovereignty and survival for a very, very long time.
