At this point it can be assumed that any action Russia takes is a war crime, as it is their preference.

The exception is when they aim for a legitimate military target, except when they go out of their way to turn even that into a war crime or miss their civilian war crime target and hit the military one by accident

The only war crimes they have have not committed yet are the ones they have not yet thought of…
