I think that the laws will be taken down in court and the EU fear it could take down parts of the DSA and make it hard to pass a EU wide under 16 ban.

If every European country is moving separately imposing their own -always stricter- bans and measures, despite the fact that DSA exists, then have you guys at Brussels thought that maybe DSA is too soft?
