      We shouldn’t have arbitrarily restricted members. That just breeds resentment; he would (rightly) be able to claim that Serbs are second-class citizens within the EU. It’s an obvious trap.

      The veto system does need adjustment, but it shouldn’t be a case of someone arbitrarily deciding this member gets a veto and this other member doesn’t.
