Sono nato in Finlandia ma mi sono trasferito in Nord America quando avevo 8 anni e vivo in Canada da 15 anni. Ho nostalgia di casa e sto cercando proprietà in Finlandia. Sono questi i prezzi una merda? Perché mai è elencato così a buon mercato? Viene fornito con un mutuo o qualcosa del genere? Stanno solo mentendo per ottenere contatti?

Co-op Apartments in Kotka have been quite affordable for years. The population has been decreasing for decades and those with wealth prefer to live in omakotitalo. Unfortunately, I don’t see Kotka’s apartments as a good investment, even though the city is really nice in the summer.
Habita is a legit real estate agency. Not the best, but at least they don’t lie about the price they ask.
How exactly would they be lying? You mean that when making the sale they say just kidding, here’s the real price?
You need to read the whole thing to see what’s going on. I don’t know about kotka, buy in some places that price is completely possible. It can’t come with mortgage because that’s always personal kone, but it’s possible that the apartment is new and not fully paid off, so there is a monthly fee to pay it of to the building company.
Population of Kotka is in decline, there is no demand for apartments there. There is a housing company loan of ~6k€ but the actual sales price is only 23k€.
