Il punto principale ancora in discussione è la protezione per gli alti salari svizzeri. I sindacati svizzeri insistono sul fatto che diranno sì al pacchetto solo se questo sarà garantito. La Svizzera è stata infatti in grado di mantenere il livello di protezione salariale che già aveva contro qualsiasi futuro calo salariale all’interno dell’UE. Tuttavia è stato costretto ad accettare il punto di vista dell’UE sulle spese per il lavoro. Le spese per i dipendenti che lavorano in Svizzera devono essere conformi alle norme del loro paese di origine. I sindacati lo vedono con sospetto come una porta di servizio per il dumping dei salari e dei prezzi.
Pensare che i partiti della gente comune/lavoratori non si oppongono e che il partito di estrema destra difende le condizioni di lavoro svizzere… in quale universo parallelo siamo entrati? 😀

That’s not the title of the linked article, and doesn’t even correspond to what is in the quoted paragraph “**Expenses for employees working in Switzerland are to conform to the rules in their countries of origin.”**
Not good, but expense isn’t the same as wage.
„Expenses for employees working in Switzerland“ so OP you write „wages“ in the title? How sure are you that „expenses for employees“ equals „wages“? Or do you have the precise definition?
This concerns detached workers in CH or temporary work in CH by EU based employees, right? So, now you need to announce the work, and Swiss authorities can check whether you are paying the same salaries as applied in Switzerland for the same job (so the French company building in Switzerland needs to pay its mason the Swiss hourly pay for masons). This will not change.
I don’t understand the “expenses” way around that is feared, if an average meal costs 25CHF instead of 10€, your company will reimburse the cost, idem for temporary housing etc.
