The police need full access to the files so they can see just what crimes have been committed by people we have jurisdiction over and deal with the appropriately. The US government still haven’t released half of them and the ones that are were heavily redacted so I’d be astonished if this is all.

I’m starting to believe the theory that this was one of the largest honey traps ever created. A lot of wealthy men and women need to be in prison.
