Utilizzo EasyRide a febbraio: sempre lo stesso percorso con le stesse identiche coincidenze al mattino e alla sera. I prezzi però variano notevolmente e non capisco il motivo. Posso presumere che i biglietti per le 11.30 siano corretti e acquistarli manualmente in futuro? Posso contattare le FFS e chiedere il rimborso di tutto ciò che costa di più?

      So you have been using easyride, paying a lot more, and yet, you keep doing it? Why?

      Prices stay consistent for me. Are you sure they are all the same routes? Did you maybe forget to switch it off?

      You can see the charged route by clicking on the specific day. I pay sometimes less, because it detects my arrival station wrong. So it charges me less than I actually traveled.

    4. Put the route in to the app and check the regular price then you know…

      Tap on the journey, then tap on “Details”, there you see exactly what zones you got charged for, the exact travel route etc. which should explain the prices. The information you’re giving us is not enough to know if those charges are really random.

      Why the hell don‘t you have a subscription if you travel the same route several times a day?

    7. Sometimes easy ride will purchase a 24h ticket if it is cheaper.
      Sometimes it wil purchase a multipass.

      Just checkt the details. Redsit cant checkt he details for you

    8. Easyride optimizes for you, not sure if it can do 24h tickets but if you start at 10 am today and tomorrow you start at 9am you could theoretically use the same 24h ticket.
