      Isn’t there a backup plan? Basically bilateral loans from several EU countries rather than i single big loan from the EU. More paper work, though.

      EU lost itself the day it started to welcome unstable and reasonably insignificant small countries by giving them the same exact powers than major ones.

      It was bound to disaster, and oh boy, when it comes to disasters, Hungary provides.

      We can blame Hungary (and we should) but the real issue is that a SINGLE member state can usurp the will of the rest of them. The EU charter needs a SERIOUS revamp.

      Might be a stupid question – since Canada isn’t in the EU, could they send the aid to Canada as a third party transaction to bypass that fuck face in Hungary?
