Ho la sensazione che non sia così comune per i negozi finlandesi vendere fette di manzo così sottili e già tagliate? Hai idea di dove potrei trovarlo a Turku? Oppure la soluzione è chiedere al macellaio al banco di tagliarlo (o tagliarlo io a casa)?

      Only such cuts i have seen is pork belly.
      Rest would either have to be special ordered or cut yourself.

      Asian stores or partially freeze the meat at home and slice with a sharp knife.

      I think your best best is to find a butcher for this. Campas Meats is one US style butchery I know, you might try your luck there?

      Turun mestaripalvi, can get you a lot of different cuts if you just ask! Theyre very friendly
