I cannot believe how long this is being dragged out.

Well, there’s the definition of ‘flogging a dead horse’ updated.

Not shocked as they’ve presumably realised that much like Farage with reform it’s about him and not the actual party itself.

(Not saying they’re comparable as people, simply that the party is somewhat formed around them as public facing personalities).

It will be much more fun watching him fail horrendously, knowing that at least this time I can enjoy it, rather than face the despair of him causing more Tory rule and more hardship for millions of people.

It will still be someone else’s fault though.

    They’ve missed their own boat.

Zack Polanski has sailed off with all the far-left types who have deprioritised backbiting and infighting.

So much support and positive energy for Your Party ended up in the bin because they couldn’t get their governance together.

    >The former Labour leader’s supporters, dubbed “The Many”

    so literally The Bolsheviks then

Good for him. He finally has the party he always wanted.

Remember, the labour right isn’t involved and undermining him now, so it should just be all his show. Smooth sailing.

This man is completely unelectable and anyone who thinks any different is absolutely deluded. The Tories didn’t win those elections. He lost them.

Don’t get me wrong he stands on his principles and I respect him for that but his foreign policy leaves a lot to be desired and I don’t think any of his policies were particularly well funded (especially after COVID).

He probably argued with himself about if it was really the right thing to do.

And then suggested he ask Vladamir Putin if he should.*

*This is a reference to him saying evidence of the Novichok attack is Salisbury should be sent to Putin to ask the Russians if they were to blame.

I’ll never forgive the Labour party for putting this tool up against Pfeffel to give him a landslide in ’19

  12. Hellraiser_Quadbike on

Was “your party” not just a placeholder name? Is that seriously what they’re going to be called?

  13. Luke_4686 on

Destroyed any momentum they might have had by their ridiculous infighting. As someone who is left wing I hate how the left destroy themselves so often 😒

  14. Personal_Lab_484 on

The thing I find especially funny is the actual head case leftists think the Green Party are all liberals. And remember “scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds”

So really they think all the greens are fascists.

That’s the angle your party are going to play.

They’re going to point out Polanski supporting a two state solution.

They’re going to attack his views on people owning homes.

They’re going to call him a fascist. And they cannot even get off the ground. It’s so so funny

July 2025: Your Party is born

February 2026: Almost decided on a leader now…

Such a crime, the time Corbs has lost being forced into the wilderness by Labour.

‘Cos he was, famously, electoral gold dust whilst leading the opposition ‘fight’. The electorate fkn loved him…

  17. Psychological-Fox97 on

Oh will he just fuck off. He’s too old for a start. We don’t need out of touch grandads running our country. The party has been a joke from the start. A vote for Jeremy is as good as a vote for reform.

Sultana throwing a hissy fit and sabotaging the already failed project that is your party in 3 2 1….

Poor Jezza. Getting burdened by limelight against his will when all he wants to do is tend to his allotment.

Should just have called it My Party from day one, would have saved a lot of drama.

  21. upfrontboogie on

It’s pretty weird to elect a leader who almost destroyed the Labour Party via an antisemitism scandal.

To shrug that off or pretend it didn’t happen will not serve Your Party well. I can assure you that many voters have not forgotten it.

  22. Hirmetrium on

This is pure ego in action. He had his shot, he wasted it. He’s old, getting older, and rather than let the party be led by a young, enthusiastic and energetic face, while he mentors and supports and guides the party and leadership with his years of experience, he wants to be at the top again.

And that’s assuming the party ever got anywhere to begin with.
