Sono davvero curioso riguardo al proposto tunnel sottomarino tra Tallinn e Helsinki. Ci sono ancora progetti attivi per realizzarla oppure il progetto è stato completamente abbandonato?
Un collegamento diretto come questo potrebbe rappresentare un enorme punto di svolta e dare davvero impulso all’economia dell’Estonia, così come del resto degli Stati baltici, migliorando la logistica e il turismo.
Cosa ne pensano i locali? È ancora un argomento di discussione in Estonia, o adesso è per lo più visto come un sogno irrealistico? Mi piacerebbe sentire i tuoi pensieri!

It is and always has been a pipe dream. Nobody has money for this and there are valid safety concerns.

tallinn is a small town in a stagnating periphery of the EU which has failed to build a proper highway to connect it to Riga or enough cables to buy electricity from Finland for the past 35 years. companies are pulling out simple assets like offices and small scale manufacturing because of the geopolitical situation and the government complains about not having money to pay teachers, firefighters and basic public health, not to mention all the basic defence needs. you must be a very young and/or naive person to seriously ask such a question
