Never understood why people would spend so much to live in Forte dei Marmi. The sea is not that great, and the city is pretty standard looking.

Using “Via Weggenstein” in combination with “Bozen” is a weird one. Either Weggensteinstrasse with Bozen or Via Weggenstein with Bolzano would fit better.
Side note, it’s a nice street, but I’m surprised Laubengasse or Sparkassenstrasse aren’t higher valued.

Calabria has a population of almost 2 million.
I simply do not believe the most expensive street in that region only has an average house price of €200,000.
