Ciao a tutti. Ho ricevuto questa lotteria “Tombola” nella mia casella di posta 3 volte. Su ognuno ho vinto 100 euro, mi basta restituirgli il modulo compilato. Ma se vedi l’area contrassegnata in verde, significa che accetti anche di pagare una quota mensile di 10 + 3,45 euro per l’abbonamento a questa lotteria. Per quanto tempo sarà valido questo abbonamento? Posso riscattare il prezzo e poi semplicemente annullare la registrazione? È legale? Sono abbastanza arrabbiato per questo se è una truffa

It isn’t a scam but you also have not won the money. Look what the two ** mean in the fine print.
These things are a trick, they’re trying to get you to subscribe to something or to collect data, and if you read all the small print you haven’t actually won. Do not give them any bank info or sign up for anything! I once fell for a similar one and called the number and realized it was a trick when they wanted my bank info to *pay* for it lol. You can also google the company name and look on Trust Pilot or other sites to read people’s experiences with these companies. They’re negative like 90% of the time.

You didn’t win anything. Read the fine print. You probably got a discount voucher
It’s not a scam per se. It’s a subscription-based lottery, you enter a contract to buy a specified amount of lottery tickets weekly for a year or so. It’s very misleading advertising, to be sure
