This is very important to point out. When taking suppression meds, it’s incredibly hard to pass HIV on. If you’re taking it regularly and correctly, the chances of passing it on drop to zero.

And he wasn’t taking them. He wasn’t “just” (putting this in quote marks because I don’t like the belittling tone of the word in this context) raping people while he had HIV and them being infected was incidental to his goals, he was definitely doing it with the clear intent to infect them. What a monstrous person.
