      He’s preaching to the choir. Who here honestly wants to get entangled in this? There is a world of difference between finding a foreign regime distasteful and wanting to enter a costly, ill-conceived military adventure which will in all likelihood leave thousands of perfectly decent, innocent civilians dead or displaced.

      We have no business getting involved our armed forces are a mess, our bases would be at risk which we wouldn’t be able to defend plus has nobody learnt from Iraq and Libya ??

      If we go to war trump will get the oil not Britain.  A few years later the Americans will mock  and belittle British who die in the conflict. Israel has more then enough money if they want this war let them have it

      If you watch the clip, the interviewer did her best to get a rise out of him, he didn’t say it in the way the title implies (it’s right at the end of the clip then it miraculously ends right at that point so you have no further context). Anyone would think the BBC have an agenda here. /s

      I in no way have sympathy for the Iranian regime, but this headline is such bait, he really wasn’t even trying to make any kind of threat, the presenter just forced him into a yes or no. It also seemed ironic her giving him a lecture about endangering civillians considering they weren’t the ones that bombed a school

      So far they’ve attacked a British base on Cyprus twice and we’ve not done anything to them yet we should be delicate?

      Very hypocritical.

      To suggest that America using British bases is the same as Britain being involved directly is absurd. Especially since it’s clear restrictions have since been enforced.

      This guy needs to learn when someone is not against him. Right now Iran have lashed out at us twice and telling us to watch our step. Infuriating.

      We shouldn’t even be letting US planes land on our air bases. Failing that just hand them over to US control until further notice. If we allow the US to use our bases to attack Iran they will attack us here and Starmer will be responsible for allowing US planes to use our bases.
