Noticed that on my app, says I had vampire energy of 48kwh in my new house but I haven’t moved in yet and all the breakers are off.
We need a time limit on how far they can go back, when it is their equipment at fault. I think in the UK they have a 2 year rule, bought in after the water metres kept messing up and companies issuing historic bills. But that will involve legislation that will protect the consumer, so little chance of it happening
