Mi trasferirò in Germania a novembre e ho visitato varie città su Immobilienscout.
Lipsia sembra essere piena di questi annunci, tutti hanno lo stesso indirizzo e alcuni riutilizzano quelle foto. Sembra molto strano, anche prezzi diversi. Circa il 90% degli annunci sono generici.
Mi chiedo la validità di questi elenchi? Per curiosità

Yes these are real listings, they use legal loopholes (furnished housing, renovations) to get around regulations.
you can always try applying, maybe its the same building with multiple units? however, to avoid scams, always view the place in person (either by you or a friend) or at the very minimum a video tour, and never, under any circumstances, give them any money until you’ve signed the contract. foreigners are specifically targets of scams because they know you’re desperate to find something before you move and you aren’t there in person to verify the legitimacy.
I saw this spacest listings in Italy as well. They always cost double the normal rate, I’d be cautious.
