It’s upper. It’s more hilly region than Silesian lowlands.
Wow I didn’t know it’s still so ugly over there. I was under the impression things have changed, something like Wroclaw.
Upper, coz it’s in the upper reaches of the Oder
I love Katowice, it’s where my partner is from and the first Polish city I visited. Those star shaped bocks are awesome.
