La risoluzione stabilisce che durante l’indagine (due mesi), l’amministrazione fiscale e doganale tratterrà questi fondi.
Oggi il Ministro ungherese delle Costruzioni e dei Trasporti ha effettivamente confermato che i fondi sequestrati verranno conservati come leva contro l’Ucraina fino allo sblocco di Druzhba.

I wonder when “we” (the EU) will do anything but be “concerned” about it.
Well, actually, it’s kind of good news. It means Orban still can’t really control courts, so instead of forging a court arrest, he issues such bullshit papers. This also hints at a way to fight him: sue the Hungarian government in court.
Ukraine should give them one week to return the money and then begin permanently dismantling the pipeline and any associated infrastructure.

So basically every one waits for elections before responding.
