Non capisco perché vogliono soldi da un mese prima ancora che mi trasferissi. Apro sempre le mie lettere quindi posso garantire che questa è la prima lettera che ho ricevuto da loro.

Why don’t you write back to them and explain that you only moved in in March, and before this you were covered at X address by Y person?
You call them and explain the situation. Do you have the old Anmeldung from your parents home?
Maybe they mix up you with someone else.
Did you live with your parents since birth or did you move there some time ago?
