Sono a Ba-Wü, non in Assia e non ho mai vissuto in Assia. Come mai ho ricevuto il messaggio “avviso di prova”? È successo a qualcun altro? Ieri ho visto un avvertimento ma ho visto che il mio stato non era nell’elenco, posso dire con certezza che mi ha spaventato a morte.

Probably because you’re close to Hesse and connected to a cell tower there. Those warnings go out per cell tower to all devices connected to said base station.

How far away from Hessen are you? Giving warnings that only reach to the federal border wouldn’t make much sense since a lot of people live in Ba-Wü but work in Hessen or have other reasons to enter the warning zone. So you need to give at least the people in the surrounding areas that warning too.
