Everywhere I’ve seen this story posted calls the collection “ramshackle”, but given they are apparently the only person to have the episodes in question perhaps they need more respect on their name.

People will still claim there aren’t collectors hoarding lost material but it’s clear some do, for whatever reason. It’s great when stuff gets recovered of course, but unique examples of recordings of historical value that are held in private collections are still at risk of loss to decay, water damage, fire, etc.
