  1. A very well put together video by a respected gaming journalist (and gaming historian I guess) who also happens to be Irish.

We punch above our weight in the technology field but for some reason a gaming industry has never taken root here.

This is the main No_Clip channel that does deep dive video game documentaries and related games journalism

  2. Dannys videos are top notch. I particularly like the story of GTA being made up in Scotland and the one about Half Life.

If you are in any way into gaming… watch the GTA one. I watched it from start to finish without picking up my phone once or getting distracted by something else. High quality content which is hard to come by.

NoClip is an excellent YouTube channel and anyone even casually into Gaming would do well to follow it. O’Dwyer and his team are rigorous, personable journos who chart milestone studios and games in a great way.

I’ve loved Danny and his work since his time as part of the Kinda Funny Games Daily podcast, always felt like a lad who didn’t forget about home no matter how long he had spent outside of it. Thanks for sharing!

Noclip is high level YouTube documentarianism. Very insightful and well told stories.

I’ll never forget Danny’s excellent video about Destiny, exposing the nefarious live service model. At that stage, I was wasting money on microtransactions within games, not realising how destructive they were, how easily you get hooked. I stopped wasting money on microtransactions after that video, he opened my eyes.
