La causa intentata contro la trasmissione del video che invitava ad un “Grande raduno di famiglia” rivolto alle persone LGBTI+ come annuncio di servizio pubblico è stata respinta in tutte le fasi giudiziarie. Kaos GL ha dichiarato che RTÜK aveva diffuso discorsi di incitamento all’odio e ha portato il caso alla Corte costituzionale.
